Responsible to

A. Bath,dress and undress patients.

B. Serve and collect food trays and fed patients requiring help.

C. Transport patients, using wheelchair and wheeled cart and assisted patients to walk.

D. Record temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, food and fluid intake and output, as per direction.

E. Clean, sterilize, store, prepare and issue dressing packs,treatment trays and other supplies.

F. Dust and clean patients' rooms.
